1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Netrivya's API platform, services, and website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

Netrivya provides businesses with communication APIs including Bulk SMS, Transactional SMS, Voice OTP, and WhatsApp Business API integrations. We provide a 99.99% uptime SLA for critical API endpoints as detailed in our service level agreements.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Transmit any material that is unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent (including phishing or smishing).
• Send unsolicited messages (SPAM) in violation of local regulations like the TCPA, GDPR, or TRAI.
• Transmit content that is harassing, defamatory, abusive, or threatening.

Netrivya reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Acceptable Use Policy without prior notice.

4. Payment and Billing

Services are billed on a prepay or postpay basis depending on your signed enterprise agreement. All wholesale volume pricing is strictly confidential.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Netrivya be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
